Hi Alex, welcome.  Couple of things - a single post does the trick.  You are on the right thread for figuring out your adjustment issue.  Just download and follow the instructions and your Fly will be back to normal in no time.

hey bno!thanks a lot.but what do I download?and could someone please tell me what exactly happens when you tune the parker in floyd-rose mode?i just want to find the root of the problem, where it is located.i only know the side effects;detuning, bridge changes height from floyd-rose to home,etc...The sad thing about the whole matter is that I haven't enjoyed the guitar at all.so it's pretty annoying not to be able to play on the guitar.thank you

I'm not sure why you keep referring to Floyd Rose mode. Does your 95 Deluxe have the stock Parker vibrato? If so, the link to the adjustment instructions is in the first post of this thread.

The goal of those instructions is to have the tension of the strings properly balanced against the tension of the internal spring, and for that relationship to remain exactly the same whether the vibrato assembly is set to floating mode, bend-down mode, or fixed mode. This is the most stable arrangement for the assembly, and the one that most of us seek.

Marco, I'd like to suggest an addendum to your guide, specifically because all strings are not made equal. For instance, I use 0.0095 strings from d'Addario. Just the right balance for me of slinkyness and tone.
But the 9 spring is too soft and the 10 spring is too strong UNLESS a
specific adjustment is made:
the tremolo section which receives te spring has three grooves. The highest one is the strongest setting and the lowest one the softest, spring tensions being equal. So my 10 spring approaches a "9.5" when I set it closest to the axis.
It's a simple physics fact that the angular
moment is weaker the closer to to the axis.
That's what I applied and that worked.
I suspect that others who might be using heavy bottom strings might have difficulty with some springs. This would be the answer.

I keep referring to it because tuning in the floating mode is obviously a "must not do" thing.even in the guide it says "NEVER NEVER NEVER"...well,because of my not knowing then, I did that "NEVER NEVER NEVER" thing and can't find a solution to the bridge problem.

To clarify, I know nothing about Floyd Rose hardware, so I still don't know what you mean. But I have set up my Fly vibrato as described above and it's quite stable. I also don't need to avoid retuning (just slighty and if needed, such as if one string is a tad sharp or flat) while the assembly is in floating mode. It makes no real difference if everything is set up well beforehand. But a major retuning or a restringing does have to be handled differently.

If you're still having trouble, just loosen all your strings and follow the guide from step one.

by floyd rose i mean the floating position...and i am really sorry that i'm getting so tiring, but my problem has a very simple story and unfortunately neither the manual of the guitar can help me,nor the one that is posted.I just accidentally tuned the guitar while in floating mode which is something "prohibited" let's say, and I just can't find and understand why this occurs.why is my guitar detuning and why is the bridge changing height from mode to mode?what exactly has this mistake done to the guitar?if i don't know which part of the guitar has been affected how will I be able to fix it?thanks again and excuse me for becoming a pain in...

Don't worry - the guitar has suffered no permanent damage!

The main annoying thing that can happen when you tune or retune the guitar in Floating mode is that the Step Stop will probably no longer be in the right position if and when you want to switch to Bend Down or Fixed mode. But for people who only use Floating mode, that's not even a problem.

As I said, just loosen all the strings and follow the guide from the beginning.

Also, make sure that the internal spring is the right one for your string gauge. The spring usually has a number painted on it that corresponds with the correct high E gauge: 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12.

Yes it's no big problem.! Just redo the all thing.
Step stop Fixed, tune up, and then go floating!
