That was great, it brought back memories of jamming with a girl singer who got upset with the way I was playing Summertime, finally one of the players told her I was playing the song the way it was written, not the fake it three chord way.

"Brainverms come crawling and creeping and eat you when you're sleeping."
"Brainverms come crawling and creeping and eat you when you're sleeping."

Very funny!

Rings a little too true here.

Would like to make it into a faster tempo blues version.

Thanks

There's a joke that goes something like this.... Two very old jazz musicians are sitting around talking. One says to the other..."I'm not long for the world, but when I die, I'm going to come back and tell you what the afterlife is like." So, he passes away.  About a month later he appears before his still living friend and his friend asks him... "So, what's it like in the great beyond." He says...."It's amazing! Every night I get to jam with Charlie Parker, Art Tatum, Elvin Jones, (etc.).  "The only problem is that god has a girlfriend and she's a singer."
