When changing  a G-string i've lost the litle balls from that saddle. Can i buy a new saddle online by the customers support or the partsshop?

I think they only way you'll get one is via ebay. If you get one through USMC customer service, it won't match what you have now and the output level may be different, too.

You basically have two options, one that Paul mentioned above and that is to try and purchase one on ebay (the individual saddle) and the second is to buy a newer set of six saddles and replace all six.  While the first option is cheaper and maybe easier (just have to replace one saddle) it is not a solution to the problem.  Eventually you will get to replace another and then another and then another, the problem is with the design of the saddle and that eventually all the balls fall out.  A design flaw that Parker fixed in later models.  The second option, is really the best solution and provides you with a permeant solution.  I have had to do this on one of my Parkers all ready and will eventually have to fix this on one more.  The only place that I think that you can get a new set of saddles from is ebay, I tried to get a set from USMC in December and they didn't have any to sell.  Don't know if this has changed, but that was the story then.  They are available right now on ebay:

It is an easy fix and one you can do yourself if you have any soldering skills at all.

Thank you very much for the advice. I've just bought a new bridge(later model)from Ebay.

Alsoo i do have another problem with my nitefly: I can not put the intonation right of the low E-string coz the saddle can not move further backwards. I've tried different string gauches but nothing works. Is there anything i can do about it? My nitefly is one of my favorit guitars.

Are you sure that your pickup isn't too close to the low E string? I had a Strat once that I thought I couldn't get the intonation right on no matter what I did, but all along the pickups were too close to the strings causing that "strat-itis" phenomenon. Lowered them and the problem went away.

Just a thought...

hi
i'm from switzerland and have a nitefly mojo since 3 weeks, with the typical problems.
1. one piezo is not working, specialy when using tremolo.
2. i'm scared of loosing the little metallsaddle (dogbone)
 I NEED 6 PIEZOSADDLES, NEW VERSION !
the dealer on ebay will not ship to switzerland.srange is that the same dealer is shipping worldwide, but onley the blueish bridge and not the black, witch i have.i asked the dealer, if it's a mistake with the different shipping, but i got no answer till now.
ARE THE NEW PIEZOSADDLES FITTING ON AL PARKER TREMOLO BRIDGES?
if they fit i coud order the bluish, but have no use for the rest of the bridge.
HAS ANYONE 6 PIEZOSADDLES (NEW VERSION) TO SELL ME ?
CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME TO GET THE WRIGHT BRIDGE FROM EBAY ?
i woud pay you in advance and woud be very thankful, if you cud buy it and send it to switzerland.
by the way : i play since 30 years and have many guitars(tokai,ibanez,steinberger....selfmade) but the parker is superior and will be my main guitar on stage.but first i have to solve this saddle problem.
thank you   moritz

Lately ebay usually has bridges with the new style saddles. Might be the only way that you'll get a set.
