bridge buzzing

Hello, I'm new here and I need some help. I've already scanned over previous threads and I couldn't get an answer there. I've got a deluxe with a floating bridge, the piece that the string rests on (looks like the top of a screw) is turned a little clockwise and the string frets out on it when I bend it. I tried turning it back (not too hard, I don't want to damage it) but it wouldn't move. Is there a trick to this or do I just turn it harder?
