Concert or Bronze?
« on: February 02, 2014, 01:47:39 PM »
Hi, newbie to this forum, looking for information on one of my Parkers, as I'm putting it up for sale.  I got in late 2000.  It's s/n 295069BSS, and going by the "When was your guitar born?" post, it's a basswood neck, sitka spruce body, made Oct. 22, 1999.  So, is it a Concert or Bronze?

Welcome to the Parker Forum tbubah! I think the Concert and Bronze both used bronze strings but in '99 it was called the Concert. At least that's what it was called in the 2000 Parker catalog.   8)

It's just two names for the same thing. The name change occurred sometime between 2000 and 2007 based on catalog info, so yours was called a Concert.

Hi, sorry for the delay, I closed my Photobucket account because their web site was bad news.  I use postimage.org now.

Here's the photo:

Is the guitar available, and how much are you asking? I'm in New England, if that makes us think about shipping.
