Real nice. I didn't know that they made some out of spalted maple.
It's a PB51 Hornet bass.
It was made in November 2007. Active pickups with independent controls. Very nice, and looks to be in very good shape.
I've seen two of the Hornet PB41 basses (next model down) in Silverburst go for $500-$600. I've seen a couple listed for over $900, but I haven't seen any evidence that they actually sold for that much. I would think that a PB51 in spalted maple would command more than that.
Maybe someone else can chime in here. If it helps, I believe that this was somewhere in the neighborhood of $1200 new.
