How Do You Remove The Trem Bar?
« on: May 20, 2015, 10:42:35 PM »
So this is embarrassing...  :-\

I just picked up a Nitefly V2 ( for $400  8) )

It came with the bar inserted and I can't figure out how to remove it. Doesn't unscrew, can't seem to pull it out.

Thanks all!

congratulations on great guitar for incredible price!

There is tension hex screw that adjust how hard tree bar rotates.
If it rotates hard - it might cause problems when trying to take the bar out.

the screw is located near high E string a little bit "right" and "down" if you are looking at the bridge.
push the term bar to raise the bridge - use this when changing strings / and adjusting trem bar rotation.
now loose the adjustment screw and you should be able to pull out them bar easily.
It is simple push / pull.

hope this helps.
