Just got this a few months ago and LOVE this guitar!
Does anyone have any info on this model? It's a Dragonfly with serial# 1004036

Thanks

Looks like a special order Belew model!
Not a lot of those about...

EXCEPT you have what looks like a Claro Walnut top and a different pickup configuration.

Don't let that one go!

Pretty! Looks like a Custom 824, not a Belew model. Does it have a 13-pin out?

Wow! Nice.  :D
2004 Fly Mojo Flame (TTBB), 2014 Fly Mojo Flame (TBB), 2001 Customized Midifly (w/Tripleplay), 2001 HSS Swamp Ash Nitefly SA (NFVSA/SB), 2000 Mahogany Nitefly (NFVM/TR), 2007 Southern Nitefly (BS), mostly all modded, Bareknuckle pickups, and also a "needs work" shagged 97 Maple Nitefly...

Thanks all!

No 13-pin on this one.  The Sustainiac was installed after market.  I have to send this to the doctor as it drains the battery after a few days even when unplugged. For some reason whoever installed it left a second input jack wired inside it. Bizarre!
This is becoming my fave guitar.

That looks like one of the cheaper wood fretboard DF models - with an aftermarket Sustainiac (installed incorrectly it sounds like, bummer!). Looks like Fishman piezo.

Cool looking guitar! I bet the Sustainiac will be fun once it is working properly.

A photo showing the back and the neck joint would answer some lingering questions.

It is a wood fretboard. The Sustainiac works, I just have the battery drain problem.

Seeing the back, I would have to disagree with Patzag's assessment that it's a customized DF824. It must be based on one of the Radial Series variants...

Thanks for all the help guys!
Looks like I have a DF624. I'm going to start looking for a DF1024 next.

It's a DF 624, I bought this used with a paint chipped size of a coin, I decided to have it over haul, pulled all the guts out, skin it down to the bone and refinished, and installed sustainiac stealth pro, lots of work into the unknown, this is the first dragonfly with sustainiac installed, there's no info around so I have to figured things out by myself, it was a real pain in the rear. but finally it's done work like champ.
The wood is Burl walnut veneer, book matched

cavity cover, I have to relocated the battery box, the cavity is full when things done, filled the hole with same veneer, look like a name tag now, I mite draw X-fly logo there, think about doing inlay on the fingerboard too

I may have to spray some clear on the sustainiac pick up, that flat black is bothering me
