Tremolo arm slippage

Hey, does anyone have any trouble with the tremolo arm falling out of their pdf105 or other model while playing (playing but not using the tremolo)? If so, have you done anything to remedy the situation and what was it?

Do you know about the tiny set screw visible at the back of the bridge? You might have to push down on the bar to see it.
