I've been looking for an amp on Reverb and I had a list built up til I saw this one. Can't beat the price and gotta have it.  :D

That is one sweet sounding amp.
Is this where you park the cars?

Vox Are great amps. If it sounds good to you, enjoy it. Maybe some day you can try out a full tube amp. Best of luck

I had the VT 40, sold it when I was thinking I wanted to just go straight tubes. My back has told me of my mistake. Last gig I used an Eleven Rack into an ART T28 which is small, light, and hybrid. Was very happy. One thing I really liked about the VT 40 is that you could dial in a tone and adjust the volume without having much effect on the tone.

My ZT lunchbox is a powerhouse for smaller venues.
I also own the Vox mini, it's a good modeling amp with Vox sound.

Tell me more about your art t28. I used an eleven rack into a Roland ba330 for a few gigs and loved it. But something smaller would always be welcome.

If you can go straight into the front of house,  the modeling processors are great. Then you can use a stage monitor to hear yourself.  Sometimes those little amps have a built in direct output. Lots of fun gear out there. And yes,  it's nice not to have to carry a ton of gear
