That's a unique guitar. What's up with the fingerboard?

Yes, what IS up with the fingerboard?  Looks like the edge would slice your hand !

I'd like to see / hear it in action.

What's up with the fingerboard?

The guy makes it a habit to put fretless 'glass' sheets on his instruments:

IMO it impairs the sound ... but folks are welcome to do their own thing.

Agreed. Not my cup of tea,  either.  But there are over 3000 different types of tea,  so to each his own! It is unique and kinda cool looking.  8)

Maybe he converted his Parker to a fret-less because the intonation was too good?
:)
Maybe he converted his Les Paul to a fret-less because it had too much sustain?
 :)  :)
But seriously, I do give the guy credit for trying something new.  I think the mirror fret board looks cool too !

Glass is a good fret board material for a fretless electric. But I personally wouldn't want it to be like a mirror.

I've played a fretless guitar (it was a strat type, not a fly), it's an interesting extension to the voice of the guitar (I also play fretless bass so it was pretty easy to switch over). That being said, it's nearly impossible to play even a 3 note chord because of the intonation issues. Two note chords are somewhat manageable.  I thought I had an oddball fly with a built-in Roland pickup, this one definitely has me beat!

Yeah, like all things it's just practise really.

Lots and lots of it..  :)

I came across the first guy i posted (Jack Mazzenga) via doing a recording with my buddy, Jack was/is putting together an album of his stuff and invited my buddy to record a couple of fretless guitar solo's for it.

My buddy Tom Fryer is a longtime fretless player here in Melb.

Check his stuff:

And if you've never seen Erkan Ogur:

There's a whole sub-culture of fretless guitar slowly simmering away out there...
