It doesn't look like it is directly touching the wood, at least not leaning against any one side. You could probably slide a piece of paper around the bridge.

Is that what you mean?

Zygmunt - I was not taking about the complete bridge assembly. Ie: the posts should not move.  But the aluminum block should have some degree of play. Even half a millimeter would make a difference.  On my guitar, I had to either remove the strings completely or apply some force to move the block, even if the strings were loose.
