Just wanted to let anyone here know that Marvin Jensen, one of the very earliest Parker factory guys has been interacting with one of the moderators on the Facebook Parker Owners page. He has some very interesting tales and technical tips.

yeah, marvin has some great stories and info.  You can find most of the stuff that was posted here on the forum if you look for his posts.  It's a little more spread out but usually the context is good too.

Thank you for posting !   Very interesting stuff, especially the neck machine info.  It reminds me of how much careful work went into these guitars.
Though I used to agree that the refined flies were lesser in some ways than the pre-refined, I have come to love my refined Artist more than all the rest.
