I would disagree just because I think the Fly headstock looks so cool!

I agree the head on the Fly is cool. For a headless fly the body shape would need to change some, so don't think of it as a standard fly look w/o the head--that wouldn't look right.

But a hard tail headless with a small light body and tuners on the butt sure could be awesome.

Especially if it had a built in wireless sterio cable transmitter thingy that worked well and didn't cost extra.

I like to dream [:)]

It's a good dream Bill.  I'm not so sure about the built in radio because the life expectancy of electronic gadgets is less than that of the Fly.  Midi Fly is a good example.  A headless, tremless Fly would suit me fine.

me, i like the design link between the angle of the upper horn and the headstock - it 'finishes' off the design as you look from left to right

I'm not sure why but anything that is headless strikes me as odd. Makes me think of all those really lame 80's techno bands. I'm sure people out there love em but not me I love the Parker headstock!

Outvoted as usual.[V] I guess Parker is now scrapping thier plans for the headless fly. They use to listen to everything I said. You guys are such kill joys [:D].

Headless Fly?  I could pull the wings and legs off without a problem, put pulling the head off just created a little mess... you can take the head off a chicken, but not a fly.
