Very nicely done. Great demo of Fly versatility. And very nicely played and structured song.

Hey Rusty,

I love your stuff. Floydian, but not derivative. Revved up. And I love what you're doing with the bending... how are you doing that? Whammy bar or grabbing notes pre-bent with your fingers? Unique AND good! Great sound. Thanks for posting this!

Thanks for the nice words, Bob [:D]

I'm not sure which part of the tune you're referring to concerning bending, but I don't use the whammy - just fingers. In fact, I only ever use the whammy for adding a bit of shimmer to chords...

I am talking about where a note starts out a half step or full step high, and comes down to pitch. Not remarkable in itself, but the way you are doing it is. In the context of chords/arpeggios, and seamlessly in your lines where that would not be expected. Adds a great, individualized dimension to your playing, and you do it so naturally. Love listening to you play!

Wow, that was a great clip ! I heard it before on your web page that was linked before and I liked it then but this somehow sounds even better.

Did you change the mix or something?

That song could grow legs and break out !!!!

Congrads RUSTY.

Thanks, Bill - I don't think I changed anything... this was a song on a benefit album ("Weathering the Storm")for Katrina victims, and I think that on the CD Baby website (http://cdbaby.com/cd/wts) you got a lo-fi sample of the tunes.

Thanks again for listening, everyone [:)][:)][:)]
