Since purchasing a Parker P44D and Parker Fly Deluxe earlier this year, I've had at least three (3) occasions to fire off quick emails to Parker Customer Service with questions about my new guitars.

I know the new ownership has come under fire, but I'm really impressed with the way Parker Guitars is now handling business.

Responses were quick, polite and right on point. I can only imagine how much correspondence you guys must have to handle, day in and day out, so I appreciate the prompt attention to my inquiries.

yeah, john page always returns my emails instantly.  i'm beginning to think he might be the world's best email answering computer algorithm. just kidding
