Amp Setups
« on: February 07, 2007, 10:56:52 AM »
Here is my setup, this let me get the most out of my Parker and lets me use another non-parker and get close to the same sounds.

Electric side of the Parker.....

Zoom GFX 3 effects pedal. This gives me all the effects, plus when bypassed it gives me a volume pedal and stereo outputs.

The 2 outputs go to 2 Digitech pedals, Jimi Hendrix and Brian May.

From there each pedal goes to a Mesa Boogie 1x12 Combo >50 cal. and a rocket 44.

I can by pass each or both pedals and have the amp itself with no effects.

The acoutic side runs into a Tarce elliot 100w TA100 1x12 and 2x5 speakers.

And Its wireless using 2 Shure wiresless systems.

Now when i change guitars, i bypass the acoustic amp, but i still need a acoustic sound. The Digitech Brian May Pedal has a great acoustic setting. Its very close to the Pizeo from the Parker, close.

So this way i still have an acoustic tone and another amp for clean or effects.

By just using the Zoom into 2 amps i get a great stereo sound with the acoutic in the middle from the Trace Elliot.

Cost?   Each Boogie Used was $400, the Trace Elliot Used $450, Pedals $150 each.

Just wanted to pass this along.
