My Duo Sound Clips
« on: March 07, 2007, 04:19:58 AM »
I have now put some demo sound clips on the duo web site if you would like to have a listen.  I am playing my Classic with a blend of the pups and Piezos in to my Boogie and then with a simple line out feed to a little mixer and then into the computer. Any effects were added later.  The guitar was recorded first and the sax added afterwards.

They are a little rough in places but we did all five full tracks in an evening as we needed a demo for a prospective client.

Nice mellow tones from your classic.

If I ever threw a coctail party classy enough to justify the requisite quintessential sound, I know who to call [:)]

You know whats funny? The word coc k tail gets sensored by the stupid browser--darn puritans are just too much sometimes. Why did you Brits have to send them all over here? (OK no panties in a wad--I happened to be descended from some of them and I am just poking fun at myself!)

David,

That's great stuff.  Next time someone asks if a Classic can do jazz, we have the clips!

Thanks for sharing.  I like the sax player's tone, too.
