John,

I know what you are saying but listen to the improvement the Aura has over this Ramirez.  http://fishmanaura.com/learn/seth_video2.asp?type=2
It really eliminates that "piezo" rubber band sound and produces a rounder, more acoustic sound, IMO.  I don't know what effect it will have on the Nylon Fly but it certainly interesting and worth a try.

UPDATE: Here is a little sound clip of my Cedar Bronze. Please keep in mind I'm not the player that most of you are.  It's just a few measures that I literally put together in about 20 mins.  It's got the new Ren bass too.

Chris, that's a very nice piece. I think you play great. Your timing, control and voicings are all just wonderful.

I want to chime in here and just add my 2¢! I'm a Mama Bear fan as most know here. I discovered by accident how good a Mama Bear is by listening to it's output through a set of Sennheiser headphones. What I discovered specifically was this: My amp rigging changed the sound and tone of the  MB's output dramatically (in a poor way). When I ran it directly through a crown amp and out a JBL 15" & horn cabinet with not much processing I got a great natural sound from it. Thus my search for the perfect amp rig began. I've gone to much more trouble than most, but what I heard in those headphones is what I want on stage. IMHO [^] I'm almost there, when I have exactly what I'm looking for it will be posted here on the forum complete with pic's! [:D] Not to highjack the thread, so let me say again, that is one incredible Fly Concert!!! Your a blessed man Bob...but you knew that! [;)]

Chris, I just had a little time to listen to your piece - and your too modest! I really enjoyed your playing, you have a great touch and I loved how your Fly sang like a sweet bird! [:p]

Bob, Congratulations!  I love my Bronze.  It sounds spectacular, something like an acoustic guitar but unique too.  In the photos, yours looks more orange/red than mine, which is more of a butterscotch.  I really like the color of yours.  theCatfish

Hey Mike,

THANKS! I really love this guitar. Been playing it non-stop. Yeah, I was surprise by the color too - kind of a burnt butterscotch - looking at the photos, I think part of the color was the outdoor light and the saturation. The guitar isn't quite that red/orange, but it is much warmer and darker than my buttercotch Artist.

Sound is amazing by itself, but with the Zoom A2.1U (or A2) it's AMAZING. I tweaked some of the sounds and posted a full demo here that you should check out. Best extra $99 you'll spend on your guitar this year.

Here's the link. Let me know what you think.
