2005 Parker Fly Classic, transparent cherry.
2006 Parker Fly Custom, majik blue.

You could spend forever picking the right amp for each string.

Jimmy is a master of Jazz Guitar. What I can't stand is the way these idiots make insulting, cruel, and baseless remarks about not just Jimmy...but most famous players on youtube.

I love the way Jimmy responds to the knucklehead who accuses him of playing too many notes.

"Which notes should I leave out?" [8D]

Some of those lines are amazing. Flashy but tasteful. The short rhythmic chord-play is awesome. Does he use pick-and-fingers?

Yes. Not in the burning youboob solo of course, however on his Guitar Institute trailer I believe he's playing finger-style.

Jimmy's one of my favorite players, and a great guy too. His DVD is a great tool for the intermediate (and even the beginning JAZZ guitarist). One of my fave CDs is the Concord Jazz Guitar Collective with Howard Alden and Frank Vignola (both absolute monsters in very different ways).
