I just want a metalic orange to match my Orange amp!
Where did all those people whose photo's you can see on the website get their fancy colours from?  There are a couple of really nice metalic blue guitars there that I like the look of!
I like Apples...but I prefer Oranges!

I wanna see the "green tea burst" on a guitar, rather than the tiny swatch on this site! I'm thinking that would be gorgeous over a flame top. Transparent colours over some of the other fancy woods might be nice as well: I'd be interested to see the Mappa Burl with a trans green or trans blue burst finish.

... hmmm, somehow I got the feeling that I didn't use the right word here [:I]... now I took the dictionary, I mean track-suit trousers ... right??? Now that I think about it, the other expression might be a little misleading. That's what happens if you translate something "word by word" [:D]

Im thinking about doing my nitefly M in a classic "holoflash". Does anyone remember those? Kramer used to do them & they fetch high dollars nowadays. I found a cool site that takes you step by step through the process. Very labor intensive & involves using acetone, so one needs to be careful.

Try this link :http://www.projectguitar.com/tut/holoflash.htm

There are definately better examples eslewhere online, but this one shows the process.

Its so totally 80s!!! & would look great with the black parker neck & hardware.

I just wish Parker would do away with the type of burst finish they are doing and offer some nice veneer finishes on the American guitars that don't cost over 2 thousand dollars.  The burst they have now looks like someone took an air brush and just went around the edge with it.  I prefer the burst to start farther into the body like a Les Paul normally would.  I find it odd that you can get all these great looking finishes on their Korean guitars but not on the bolt on neck American ones.  It just seems  strange that the greatest guitars in the world (in my opinion) have the least quality looking finishes to pick from....Please understand that I am probably a Parker Player for life.  The only reason for the comments are to maybe get some of the marketing people thinking.

It would be cool if the Fly customs came with a satin-finish option. I'd really like to see a "tiger-eye" finish. The new Lime Gold and Tangerine colors would look great on a Fly Deluxe. A multicolor swirl looks sweet. I think 3M and dupont make some "holoflash" kind of paints, and they are auto colors as well. I know Nissan has a "holoflash" color. I'll try to find the catalog numbers. It's kinda purple-copper color. Looks very nice.

You could spend forever picking the right amp for each string.
