Well, that's pretty stunning. It clearly isn't a Fly (pun intended) but it is a very cool piece of work, never-the-less.

hello, I don't speak very god english, so sorry..
I'am a little guitar worker and my wish was to bild a special Parker guitar.I worked the hole guitar-neck,body,inlay-everithing except hardware. The body is made like a original Parker Fly guitar, weight is 7,7 pounds, the neck is bild from curly maple (freatboard - eban), inlay abalone. Mostly I repair and customise guitar, but I also work the hole guitar. Now I have an order to build Tom Anderson guitar (Drop Top) and two telecaster (one hollow body, and the ather zebrano body). My wish is also to made Parker Fly zebrano. Despite that this is not original Parker, I wonted to show my work. Thanks for compliments.[:)]

The abalone work is beautiful! An impressive piece of work, to be sure. You should make some sound clips and post them so we can all hear how this baby sounds...

Cheers.

Incredible job! As you can see from my signature, I have one of the early Dan Armstrong "See Through" guitars. Great thing -- if they get scratched, you just buff it out! I would be interested in the tone -- especially the neck pup. The DA just has the one (interchangeable) pup. The DA is very bright yet full -- best "double stop" (think Chuck Berry riffs) guitar I have.

I also really like the way you kept the electronics exposed -- great job -- keep up the beautiful work.

Was this made from a mold?  If you were given a Nitefly body could you make a mold from it?

Now that IS something completely different! Very dramatic.

(Why relocate upper strap button?)

Sorry, but I don't have recorded sound, but I will try to work this out. I am just a guitar builder, I don't play guitar good.

This instrument has been added to the Finishes Guide with a notation of its being a replication. Too unique and well-executed to ignore.
