Anyone here a fan of Steve Lukather? I have this Gregg Bissonette CD with him playing on a track. Really tasty, cool stuff! I figured out most of his lines in the tune, and there's some great ideas in there. [8D]

I'm a Steve Lukather fan as well. Get the CD No Substitutions - it's Steve Lukather and Larry Carlton together live in Osaka; really great stuff. Also there's a DVD of he and his group Los Lobotomys that is fabulous as well.

Now that does sound very interesting! I would never have put those two guys together. [:0]

Yeah, Steve doesn't usually strike guitar players as a virtuoso, but he's definitely a great player with some impressive credits (he should be a top-tier for the Guiness record for most sessions recorded). Plus, I love Toto... :)
