I just finished listening to all your cuts on Last.FM I am very impressed. You singer has a terrific voice not shockingly different but still unusual. The scat number On the Applephant Street was one of my favorites. I also thought So Mistrustful was especially timely I know the lyrics are not political but your singer is singing in English while you guys talk in the back ground in Russian so there is an unintended double meaning I think. I wish you all well.

Anyway, Its edgy but sexy and fun.

I agree with Alex. I Like like your stuff a lot.

I'll have to try that. Lied, I always think of the RAT as an edgy/toppy distortion, thinking the piezo with that will be really edgy.

Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails did that quite a bit. According to this page describing the recording of The Fragile: http://www.digitalburn.org/plugging-into-trent-razors-digital-world/

"I'd say 80 percent of the guitar parts on the record were done with a Parker guitar," Reznor adds. "I used the piezo pickup on the Parker quite a bit. One of the tricks we'd use on this record was tuning all the guitar strings to the same pitch: two low octave, two middle and two high. Then I'd strum as fast as I could, playing a melody with one finger up and down the neck."
