Plenty of pics from our Sidebar show, warts and all.  Our vocalist was on hand for this show, and he decided to wear full Panda facepaint for the occasion.

Here's the full gallery:http://www.flickr.com/photos/melosebrain/sets/72157620702145978/

And for a sample, here's me getting my prog-tap on.

Looks like one great fun night and though the pictures tend to be too dark there are some great shots of everyone. Makes me ache for the stage but I (had to) quit two days after the first gig of our medieval project... ;-/

By the way we too had a Tele (no modified pickups though) to accompany my Parker. It still surprises me how well the Tele through a vintage amp and the Parker through a modern amp can sound together. Two sonic worlds unified in rock! [;)]

Greetings...
Nef

I actually used to play a Tele before switching to the Fly.  Those are stock pickups on Conor's tele, it's a thinline, I believe- unless you're referring to the blue tape on the pickups- that's just there to prevent the high e-string from getting caught on the pole piece screws.  I do the same thing to make up for the Dimarzio pickup "lip."

Glad you liked the pics- I'm not sure why they're dark.  I think our photog may have uploaded the pre-corrected pics.
